1. What is Fox and Finch Finds? Fox and Finch Finds is an online vintage and antique store offering a carefully curated selection of unique treasures. Our collection includes furniture, decor, collectibles, and other charming items from bygone eras, each with its own story to tell.
2. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our collection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.
4. Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this at the moment. It is something that we hope to provide in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
5. How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
6. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
7. Are all your items authentic vintage pieces? Yes, we take great pride in offering authentic vintage and antique items. Each piece is carefully selected for its quality, uniqueness, and historical significance. Please note that due to their age, some items may show signs of wear, which add to their charm and authenticity.
8. Can I sell my vintage items to Fox and Finch Finds? Yes, we are always interested in expanding our collection. If you have vintage items you would like to sell, please email pictures and descriptions to hello@foxandfinchfinds.co.uk. If we are interested, we will reply with an offer.
9. Can I pay with Klarna and Clearpay? At the moment we don't have these payment option available on our website. However, we are working on getting it set up for the future. In the meantime, you can still shop with these providers on our Etsy and eBay platforms.

11. Do you offer restoration services? We offer minor restoration services where our abilities and expertise allow. If you are interested in having an item restored, please contact us with details, and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
